£12 provides someone who has been rough sleeping with an essentials welcome pack when they first arrive in our safe accommodation where they'll get the support that they need to break the cycle of homelessness
£25 provides an emergency food parcel for a family who have just arrived in our accommodation, having had to flee their home
£35 means that we can set someone up with a basic phone and data to ensure that they can keep connected to loved ones and support services whilst they are going through homelessness
£48 pays for a specialist 121 support session for someone who needs help to secure a more permanent home
£95 pays for a group workshop which helps people who are experiencing homelessness to prepare to move into their own home, developing key skills and building new connections which help to prevent future instances of homelessness.

Action Homeless is a local charity committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness in Leicestershire. We have been based in Leicester for over 50 years and help individuals and families from across the city and county. Last year alone, we provided emergency housing and specialist support to 463 people and helped 139 people move into permanent and secure homes. Our expert team of staff and volunteers work hard to ensure people leave Action Homeless with somewhere to call home and the skills and means to live a fulfilled life as a member of our local community.
